CEPI: statement Digital Services Act (DSA)
CEPI, together with 15 other organizations of the European audiovisual sector, presented a statement about the text Digital Services Act (DSA) in view of the Plenary session at the European Parliament at the end of January.
The document contains some proposals for amendments to the text which highlight some critical issues related in particular to the procedures of removing online illegal content and resolutions of conflicts.
