CEPI: Letter on the Code of Practice for AI
APA, through CEPI and together with the main European cultural and creative associations, signed a letter to the EU institutions expressing serious concerns about the draft implementing measures of the AI Act, with particular reference to the second draft of the Code of Practice, that does not align with the objectives and wording of the AI Act.
