AI Act – Code of Practice third version

The third version of the Code of Practice does not achieve the objectives set by the AI Act, creates uncertainty and does not comply with European legislation: this is the position clearly expressed by a coalition of authors, artists, performers and other rightsholders from various cultural and creative sectors (with publishing, music, visual arts and entertainment, cinema and audiovisual), including more than 2,600 independent producers belonging to the CEPI network through 19 national associations in 17 countries and Animation in Europe (https://www.cepi-producers.eu/post/joint-statement-by-a-coalition-of-authors-performers-and-other-rightsholdersactive-across-the-eu-s)
