Digital Single Market Strategy

Together with the dissemination of the European Commission Digital Single Market Strategy document, CEPI, together with numerous other associations in the audiovisual sector, signed and distributed a document expressing its concern about some of the strategies implemented by the Commission itself. Specifically, the document explains how some of the policies envisaged by the European Commission could have a negative impact on the sustainability of the film and audiovisual sector, reducing the incentives for production, distribution and promotion of films and audiovisual works throughout Europe.
