Joint statement on Audiovisual Sector Contribution to European Commission Call for evidence on combatting online piracy of live content
CEPI, together with other signatories, contributed through this joint statement of the AV Coalition to emphasize the importance of putting in place measures to effectively tackle piracy of live content and suggested measures such as the immediate handling of notifications from trusted flaggers or the availability of effective and flexible injunctions.
