New Regulation Private Copying

The General Council of APA – Audiovisual Producers Association, in line with the commitments undertaken with the Italian Competition and Markets Authority and made binding with the decision of 25 November 2021 no. 29916, by which proceedings I853 wereclosed, approved the Regulation for the Distribution of Private Copying Rights, which will govern the distribution of Private Copying levies for the audiovisual works, paid by SIAE to APA, relating to the years of competence from 2020, included, onwards.
